- As an IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle for domestic IT staffing, especially in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagements.

- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate technical and communication skills.
