- As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality customer service at night.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the branch during night hours.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding ABA’s retail banking services.
- Support transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Resolve service issues promptly and escalate unresolved cases.
- Educate customers on ABA’s digital and mobile banking platforms.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, security protocols, and customer privacy standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior customer service or banking experience is a plus.
