- Planning & Billing Engineer

- Prepare detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and regularly track construction progress.
- Create and verify client invoices, subcontractor bills, and material reconciliations.
- Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely planning and billing documentation.
- Use project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, and AutoCAD for drawing analysis and quantity take-offs.
- Interpret BOQs, drawings, and contractual documents to align project execution with client specifications.
- Prepare and maintain monthly progress reports and support internal audits.
- Ensure cost control measures are in place and deviations are reported promptly.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (from a recognized institute)
Experience:
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Freshers with exceptional academic performance and internship experience in planning and billing may also be considered.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction BOQs, estimates, and standard billing procedures.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to any project site across Maharashtra.
